Click on the link below and download the admission form. Print a color copy of the form, fill it and attach all the document that are mentioned in the form and bring it for submission to the club premises.
Kindly contact our Academy secretary Mr. Sanjay Prasad on 9883221848 and inform him that you
( candidate) are interested in joining the Academy and kindly tell him about the type of training you want Personal training or General training.
General Training : The candidate will have to come to the Academy premises for the training and he will be trained in the Academy premises.
Personal Training : A trainer will be sent to the candidates place to train him.
